Vacation with Grandma Kuenzi--she had originally planned on taking the grandkids that were 6 years and older on a Grandma trip to Mark Twain Lake the first week in August. Due to flooding at the lake we had to cancel the plans and look for something else. A family that my sisters know had this house on Okoboji Lake there were willing to let us use for 5 days. Since I had to drive my two kids the 9 hours there we stayed and Kaden was able to tag along also. We all had a BLAST!!

Michaela, Jessica and Kary Ann--they were so brave. I could not believe that Michaela actually did this going about 30 miles an hour. She is such a chicken--but this week--must be the fact she was around some brave girl cousins. She did everything they did. Even jumping off the dock into the lake without holding her nose! She made HUGE strides this week!
Grandma took the kids to this water park one day. They spent 8 hours there! From 11 am to 7 PM. They actually had sores on their big toes they went up and down the stairs so many times and swam and did the lazy river, played basketball in the water. Played, Played, Played! That was the name of the game! It was a blast!
